Dublin's best known twins, Jedward, 19, are fronting a new
anti-bullying advert campaign by the I.S.P.C.C
(Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children).
The twins appear bruised and bloodied in the advert photo.
Jedward aren't the only Irish celebs to
spread the anti-bullying message!
They're also joined by:
- X Factor Judge, Louis Walsh,
- MTV Presenter, Laura Whitmore
- Westlife singer, Mark Feehily
- Irish actress, Saoirse Ronan.
anti-bullying message! Jedward have always spoken
out against bullying! The twins were bullied when they
were at school, so clearly it's the anti-bullying campaign
is a cause close to their hearts!
Speaking of their decision to become ISPCC Ambassadors
Jedward said:
"We know how firsthand how horrible bullying can be
and so we jumped at the opportunity of being part of
this campaign."(RTE Ten-entertainment)
The ISPCC is the only organisation in Ireland providing
24 hour support services for children and young people
through our Childline service. Childline receives the
majority of its 2,300 calls per day after 6pm each evening,
when most other support services are closed.

ISPCC chief executive Ashley Balbirnie said:
'We are very grateful to Mark Feehily
and our ambassadors for their support
in raising awareness of this important issue.'

It's wonderful to see that the celebs are supporting
a worthy cause! Young people need to know that there's
support out there for them! Bullying still remains
a huge problem for young and old alike!
It's time to end bullying for good!
The ISPCC's ad campaign should
make people think twice about bullying.
