Victoria Beckham's New Diet!

It's official Victoria Beckham is reportedly on a new diet to
tone up ahead of New York Fashion Week!!
A source told Grazia magazine that she has
cut out sugar and has been snacking on
miniscule portions of smoked salmon,
prawns with chilli,
yellow-fin tuna sushi and scrambled eggs.
Now I'm no fitness expert! From what I've heard protein
is one of the key nutrients responsable for weight-loss!
Any fitness guru would live on protein rich foods,
such as fish- rich in the brain boosting
protein complex, Omega 3 oils!
The source revealed to Grazia Magazine:
'Five days after giving birth, Victoria started eating
five high-protein meals a day accompanied by
green vegetables, drinking gallons of water,
and only snacking on goji berries and nuts.'
I had a feeling that Victoria would dine on
small portions- no wonder she's matchstick
thin! I hope she doesn't over do it with the
weight-loss- it's not like she has any weight
to lose! If anything she could do with a
a solid square meal!
