A first look at Victoria Beckham's post- pregnancy
figure! She is certainly back to her very thin frame
after toning up her body after giving birth to her
baby daughter Harper Seven back in July.
Victoria has gone on a strict diet rich in protein
and low in carbs to maximise her weight loss.
She has been eating superfoods such as
Goji berries, which contain more Vitamin C
than oranges and more iron than steak!!
Posh has also gone on a tough yoga routine
to keep her lean and nimble! I'm sure she
has her own personal trainer, which helps
if you're famous and don't want the
Paparazzi to catch you looking less than
at your best!
Yet Victoria has somehow managed to
get back to her original size in a matter
of weeks! Just how does she do it?
