Hilary Duff, 23, is selling her Toluca Lake home
for $6.25 million. Her huge villa boasts 5 bedrooms
and 9,277 square feet of living space.
It has some luxurious features, including
a wine cellar, gym, gift wrapping room,
a games room.
Hilary is expecting her first baby-- so obviously
the former Disney star is looking for a bigger pad
that she can child-proof for her future baby.
Hilary can't wait to welcome her baby
into a new home, with her husband, Mike Comrie.
