Katherine Jackson refutes conspiracy             MJ still hits the headlines.
claims surrounding MJ's death.                    


MJ's mother, Katherine Jackson, 81,
refutes conspiracy claims that some
people connected to the Thriller
singer had a part in his death.

Katherine believes there's no
evidence of a conspiracy in
her son's death.

She tells TMZ:

"So far I have not seen one shred
of evidence that anyone associated
with Michael’s estate conspired
 to kill him''.

Michael's sister, LaToya, 55,
has always claimed that her brother
was 'murdered' by those working
for his estate. Yet Ms Jackson
alledgedly admitted that MJ had
relied heavily on prescription
medication over the years to
combat the physical pain he
was in because of old injuries.

MJ passed away on 25th June 2009
at the age of 50 due to an
accidental overdose of the
powerful anaesthetic, Demerol.

Years after his death, MJ still
hits the headlines! I don't think
he could have wanted that!
