is considering more surgery.
It's reported that she's thinking of getting
her boobs reduced as it's claimed that they
make her look too big!
However that's not the only alteration on her
surgical wish list, there's more:Ass Implants!
With this proceedure the surgeon removes fat
from the thighs and then implants it into the
backside. Ouch!! That's gotta hurt Katie!
From what's been said she feels that
her ass is too flat!
With such a vast fortune, the model is clearly
planning a surgical spending spree!
Perhaps clothes might be a better option Katie!
There's only so much surgery do!
Why not a shopping spree instead?
However some of her family dread the
prospect of more surgery!
But Katie isn't the only one!
Reality Stars from The Only Way is Essex,
Kirk Norcross, 23, and Lauren Pope, 27,
have both gone under the knife in an
attempt to achieve the perfect nose!
Frankly I can't see any change, whatsoever!
Has Katie's cosmetic surgery obsession influenced
